A typcial course would involve ILS writing a personal learning plan for the student to work on alone. Every week, there is a 1 hour skype call to review progress and practise speaking and listening skills.

ILS can provide distance learning courses for groups of 1-3 students.

ILS will construct a course of self study around a published course. E-mail tasks will also be used during the course. The course involves a weekly tutorial with an ILS trainer via a Skype conference call or other web conferencing tools.

Requirements: Each students must have access to a computer with CD Rom drive, a broadband internet connection, a microphone and headset and must have a working skype address. Each student must have a working copy of the course learning materials.
